About the Role
Buildingstars, a Top Workplace Award winner 7 years running (2018–2024), is hiring 10+ full-time Outbound Sales Cold Callers / Appointment Setters. If you love connecting with people, thrive on challenges, and want a remote sales career with unlimited earning potential, this is the role for you.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- No evenings, weekends, or holidays
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound B2B cold calls to prospects and past customers
- Build rapport and schedule appointments for our Outside Sales Team
- Track calls and interactions using CRM tools
- Send marketing materials to interested prospects via email
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years outbound B2B sales or appointment setting (call center preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems, Gmail, and Google Workspace
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tabs efficiently
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
