Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling

What You’ll Do
- Engage and qualify leads through calls, emails, and chat channels
- Conduct initial prospect assessments using established criteria
- Communicate the value of Decentralized Masters’ high-ticket educational products
- Schedule calls and consultations for the senior sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine lead generation and qualification processes
- Maintain CRM records and report on outreach performance
What You Need
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or outbound calling (preferably high-ticket sales)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and convey technical or complex product information
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools
