This role is an independent contributor to the organization. As our Outreach Consultant, you will report to Episource’s Outreach Supervisor.
What you will do at Episource:
Collaborate and communicate. Serve as an Episource advocate, communicating with external vendors, providers, hospitals, and more.
Partner with a passion. Leverage your powerful communication skills to collaborate with your national team members from Episource – both nationally and globally.
Serve as a solutions expert. Answer provider questions and resolve their concerns with strategic solutions with the utmost care and empathy.
Showcase your meticulous eye for detail. Document your interactions with providers, hospitals, and more in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and your overall success in this role.

What you will bring to Episource:
High school degree or equivalent
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
1+ years’ experience of contact center experience (health plan or medical facility preferred)
Foundational understanding of medical terminology
Ability to use Windows, Chrome, spreadsheets, and word processing applications
