Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Standard shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MNT (may vary based on branch needs)
- May include some evening or weekend availability depending on demand
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments for PAP equipment setup and training
- Educate patients on proper equipment use, compliance requirements, and financial responsibility
- Accurately enter and maintain patient, insurance, and authorization data in company systems
- Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims
- Respond to claim audits, communicate results, and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with physician offices, sales teams, and internal staff to ensure timely documentation
- Provide feedback and education to internal and external partners on compliance requirements
- Monitor patient compliance with PAP programs and encourage adherence
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and complete all required training
- Participate in team meetings, mentoring, and training activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare administration, billing, insurance, claims, or customer service (Medicare-certified HME, pharmacy, or medical supply experience preferred)
- Senior level: 2+ years of work-related experience and 1 year of exact job experience
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
