Schedule
- Part-time: 25–30 hours per week
- Remote, USA
- Multiple shifts available (examples: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, 4:30 PM–9:30 PM)
- Start Date: November 3, 2025
What You’ll Do
- Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries in one call by providing clear guidance on IID requirements
- Process payments securely while maintaining accuracy
- Uphold company standards and deliver service aligned with Intoxalock’s mission
What You Need
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to meet quality, efficiency, and attendance targets
- Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
