Inside Real Estate (IRE) builds software that empowers real estate professionals to grow their businesses with smart tech and smarter support. Our Concierge team acts as a seamless extension of our clients, providing real-time engagement with online leads—delivering speed, accuracy, and personal connection.
Schedule
- Part-time
- 100% Remote
- Evening hours (5 PM – 12 AM EST)
- Must have weekend availability (Sat or Sun required)
- 18–25 hours/week with potential to flex based on business needs
- Schedule released 2 weeks in advance
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for real estate internet leads via phone and text
- Follow scripts to gather buyer/seller information like timeline, price point, and location
- Route qualified leads to clients and maintain follow-up contact with unresponsive ones
- Log all activity in our CRM and follow specific call/text cadence plans
- Work collaboratively with the Concierge team to meet individual and team conversion goals
What You Need
- Confident and clear verbal communication—comfortable making outbound calls
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Experience in customer-facing or client-focused roles
- Comfort working remotely and independently
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in one of the following states: AK, AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NM, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI
Tech Requirements
- Personal computer with webcam, Google Chrome browser
- Quiet workspace
- Secure internet connection: 40 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (wired preferred)
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- 8GB RAM and Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor preferred
