New Home Star is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time New Home Sales Customer Concierge to guide prospective buyers through the early stages of their homebuilding journey. This is a remote position with flexible part-time hours, competitive pay, and bonuses.

Schedule
- Part-time: 25–30 hours/week
- Training: M–F, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. EST for 6 weeks
- Must work in Central or Eastern Standard Time
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Capture and convert online customer traffic into qualified prospects
- Guide customers through the sales process and schedule appointments with onsite agents
- Educate buyers on communities, floor plans, builder background, and pricing
- Build rapport and determine customer needs, timelines, and preferences
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects via email, phone, text, and live chat
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging campaigns and keep information up to date
- Attend weekly online meetings, virtual workshops, and, when dedicated to a builder, onsite team meetings
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Extreme attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior sales, real estate, or construction experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work in CST/EST time zones and meet weekend requirements
- Must pass background check
