Job Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $21.50
Schedule: M-F, Multiple shifts available, training hours 830-430
Location: Overland Park, KS, (Onsite for a minimum of 90 days after the training is complete, remote/hybrid possible based performance, attendance, etc, not guaranteed)
Job Duties:
- Calling payers and insurance companies to get benefit information
- Inputting data into systems correctly, updating information as needed
- Handle all inbound calls
- Understand and able to explain patient benefits
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience communicating with Healthcare providers about health insurance plans, required
- High level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
