Schedule
- Fully remote
- Monday–Friday, EST hours (8am–5pm / 9am–6pm / 10am–7pm)
- Pay range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients to resolve balances, set up payment plans, and answer billing questions
- Document all activity accurately in client systems while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Provide superior customer service in a call center environment
- Operate within FDCPA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulations
- Manage confidential information with integrity
- Support hospital/physician billing practices and third-party requirements
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Experience with accounts receivable, healthcare billing, or collections preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
