  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST
  • 100% remote

What You’ll Do

  • Contact patients to assess eligibility for state, county, and federal assistance programs
  • Guide patients through applications and program benefits with clear instructions
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the CUBS system and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Communicate with government agencies and field staff as needed to support applications
  • Track account progress until benefits are approved or all options are exhausted
  • Resolve accounts in a timely manner while meeting daily productivity goals

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical billing or coding is a plus
  • Ability to type 30–40 WPM and work comfortably with PC systems
  • Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and initiative
  • Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision in a remote environment
