Schedule
- 100% Remote (US-based)
- Start Date: Monday, October 20, 2025
- Training & Nesting: 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Post-Training Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Handle 30–35 inbound calls daily from patients, providers, and health plans
- Investigate billing inquiries and explain patient financial responsibility
- Collect outstanding balances and offer financial assistance options
- Answer benefit and payment questions with clarity and empathy
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Meet or exceed call quality, adherence, and attendance goals
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center
- 1+ year of healthcare or medical industry experience
- 1+ year of billing experience (preferred)
- Ability to manage dual monitors and multiple systems
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with active listening
- Basic Microsoft Office and PC navigation skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA
