Schedule

  • 100% Remote (US-based)
  • Start Date: Monday, October 20, 2025
  • Training & Nesting: 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
  • Post-Training Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 30–35 inbound calls daily from patients, providers, and health plans
  • Investigate billing inquiries and explain patient financial responsibility
  • Collect outstanding balances and offer financial assistance options
  • Answer benefit and payment questions with clarity and empathy
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Meet or exceed call quality, adherence, and attendance goals

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center
  • 1+ year of healthcare or medical industry experience
  • 1+ year of billing experience (preferred)
  • Ability to manage dual monitors and multiple systems
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with active listening
  • Basic Microsoft Office and PC navigation skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA
