Schedule

  • 100% remote
  • Full-time role
  • Start date: Monday, October 20, 2025
  • Training: 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
  • Regular shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate payment status and explain out-of-pocket costs to patients
  • Collect outstanding balances and set up financial assistance options
  • Answer billing questions clearly and accurately (benefits, payments, balances)
  • Document and resolve 30–35 inbound calls per day
  • Escalate patient concerns as needed to ensure resolution

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer service in a call center
  • 1+ year of healthcare or medical industry experience
  • Billing experience preferred
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills (dual monitors, Microsoft Office, 30+ WPM typing)
  • Ability to problem-solve, stay patient, and demonstrate empathy on calls
