What You’ll Do
- Assist patients with enrolling in prescription savings programs
- Verify insurance eligibility and personal information for approval
- Coordinate with insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies
- Apply program benefits to reduce copays, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket costs
- Support medication refills, ongoing eligibility, and annual renewals
- Ensure prescriptions are properly fulfilled using the program benefits
- Maintain clear, empathetic communication with patients throughout their journey
What You Need
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- A sincere desire to help others navigate healthcare challenges
- A quiet, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up)
- Comfortable learning new software systems and handling complex workflows
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
