Candidates must live in one of these approved counties across the following states:
- Florida: Brevard, Broward, Palm Beach
- Georgia: Sumter, Jefferson, Rockdale, Fulton, Douglas, DeKalb, Bulloch, Newton, Cherokee
- Ohio: Miami, Mahoning, Trumbull
- Texas: Tarrant, Dallas, Harris, Travis, Williamson
- Mississippi: Forrest, Hinds, Lee
- Alabama: Autauga, Montgomery
- Arkansas: Desha
- Maryland: Baltimore County
- Pennsylvania: Elk
- South Carolina: Dorchester, York
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in enrolling in the Prescription Payment Plan
- Verify eligibility and insurance coverage for prescribed medications
- Help reduce patient out-of-pocket costs through cost-sharing benefits
- Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure benefits are applied correctly
- Support refill continuity and patient adherence
- Guide patients through annual program renewals and formulary updates
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service
- Familiarity with prescription support programs (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and internal systems
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in digital environments
Remote Work Requirements
- Private, quiet home workspace
- Ergonomic desk and chair setup
- Reliable high-speed internet: minimum 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up
- Ability to stay focused, organized, and productive independently
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00/hour
