Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Start date: October 23, 2025
- Mid-day, night, and overnight shifts with alternating days off
- Must provide reliable internet connection (no satellite or 5G)
- Requires dual monitors (22 inches each) with HDMI and Display ports
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
- Assist patients in emergent or urgent healthcare situations
- Support members with insurance needs, including claims, appeals, and benefit questions
- Guide members on using their insurance (PCP changes, urgent care, prescription authorizations)
- Provide 24/7 triage support and route priority calls to registered nurses
- Deliver compassionate, clear communication to improve patient outcomes
What You Need
- High School Diploma/GED required (verified during background check)
- Healthcare experience (front office, 911/PBX operator, medical/nursing assistant, or similar)
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and attention to detail
