Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote, based in Illinois
- Starting pay: $18–$19/hour (role pay range: $17.00 – $31.30/hour)
- Eligible for CVS Health bonus and incentive programs
What You’ll Do
- Support new infusion patients with a seamless onboarding experience to CVS Specialty and Coram
- Interact directly with patients, physicians, and caregivers to answer questions, solve problems, and provide education
- Manage new referrals, assess insurance coverage, and identify potential issues proactively
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and compassion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions and patient care coordination
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience
- 2+ years of healthcare insurance coverage/benefit experience
- 1+ year working in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare insurance and medical terminology experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
