Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Availability for either Mon–Fri 10–7pm MT (11–8 CT, 12–9 ET, 9–6 PT) OR Tues–Sat 9–6pm MT (10–7 CT, 11–8 ET, 8–5 PT)
- Two-week training required: Mon–Fri, 8–5pm MT (9–6 CT, 10–7 ET, 7–4 PT)
- Not available to candidates in AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN
What You’ll Do
- Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to support clients post-admission and ensure enrollment in treatment plans
- Help clients understand insurance benefits and complete financial enrollments
- Act as liaison between patients and internal Charlie Health teams (Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach, Clinical)
- Identify and address gaps in treatment attendance to improve retention
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage client appointments, including aftercare resources
- Document all communication accurately and on time
- Meet KPIs such as appointment scheduling, call volume, issue resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- At least 2 years of customer/patient success or support experience
- 1–2 years of Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience required
- 1–2 years of call center or contact center technology experience
- Knowledge of health insurance and medical billing practices a strong plus
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and EMR systems
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Work authorized in the United States; native or bilingual English proficiency
