Schedule
- Fully remote (United States)
- Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts
- Training: two-week schedule, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm MT
- Note: This role is not available to candidates in AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN
What You’ll Do
- Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to admitted clients to finalize enrollment in treatment plans
- Ensure clients understand insurance benefits and complete financial enrollments
- Act as a liaison between patients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach)
- Manage client schedules, including appointment booking and rescheduling
- Identify gaps in treatment attendance and proactively resolve issues
- Support Clinical Care team requests to improve patient experience
- Communicate aftercare resources and schedule post-treatment appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet KPIs (appointments, call volume, resolution rates, satisfaction scores)
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years in a customer/patient support role
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and contact center technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills with emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies and medical billing practices (health insurance knowledge is a plus)
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EMR systems)
- Work authorization in the U.S. and fluency in English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
