Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must be based in the United States (not currently considering CA, CO, NY, IL, or WA)
- Afternoon and evening availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and families into the program post-admission, ensuring smooth enrollment into treatment plans
- Explain insurance benefits and financial agreements to families and clients
- Manage scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments, ensuring adherence to care plans
- Serve as liaison across internal teams including Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Utilization Review, and Outreach
- Identify gaps in treatment attendance and proactively resolve barriers to participation
- Support families with aftercare resources and appointment scheduling post-treatment
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all interactions
- Meet defined KPIs such as appointment scheduling rate, issue resolution, call volume, financial enrollment completion, and client satisfaction scores
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- 2+ years in patient support, call center, or client success role
- 1–2 years of Salesforce (or other CRM) experience required
- 1–2 years of experience with contact center technology
- Familiarity with health insurance or medical billing strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
- Emotional intelligence and knowledge of HIPAA policies
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and EMR platforms
- Authorized to work in the United States
