Schedule
• Full-time, remote within the U.S.
• Hourly rate starts at $16.50
• Must be available for flexible day, evening, and weekend hours depending on workload

Responsibilities
• Communicate with patients by phone, email, text, and chat regarding medical balance repayment
• Meet assigned goals for call quality, resolutions, and productivity
• Provide patient-centered customer service and resolve account questions
• Update patient demographic and financial information during calls
• Negotiate payment arrangements and document outcomes
• Research accounts and route them through proper workflows
• Use job aids and scripts to answer questions clearly and accurately
• Record all account activity according to company and client standards
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FDCPA, state regulations, and internal policies
• Follow all federal and state rules governing patient contact and collections
• Attend ongoing training and integrate updates into daily work
• Maintain strong communication with patients and internal teams
• Use company systems to manage tasks, calls, and account actions
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six months of call center experience preferred
• PC proficiency in Windows
• Basic keyboarding and data entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions
• Solid math skills (including calculator use)
• Goal-driven with strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage a fast-paced workload
• Skilled negotiator with problem-solving ability
• Reliable and adaptable with a team-player mindset
• Persistent and comfortable overcoming objections
• Ability to learn company systems quickly
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
