Schedule
• Full-time remote role
• Must work from a quiet, confidential home workspace
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Paid training and continuing education provided

Responsibilities
• Contact patients by phone, email, text, or chat to resolve medical balances
• Provide customer service and explain billing, balances, or account changes
• Gather and update demographic and financial information
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet client and compliance standards
• Research accounts and document all communication clearly
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Follow all federal and state laws, including HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and internal policies
• Use company systems, job aids, and tools to efficiently manage accounts
• Maintain professionalism during challenging conversations
• Participate in required training and integrate updates immediately

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months or more of call center experience preferred
• Previous customer service or sales experience required
• PC proficiency in Windows environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions
• Good math skills and comfort using a calculator
• Goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable with deadlines
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and able to work required hours
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Persistent, patient, and professional
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
