Schedule
• Full-time, remote
• Must have a quiet, secure home workspace
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours as required
• Hourly pay starts at $16.50/hr
What You’ll Do
• Communicate with patients by phone, email, chat, and text regarding medical account balances
• Negotiate payment arrangements and help patients understand available options
• Conduct account research and update patient demographic and financial information
• Provide exceptional customer service while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Follow FDCPA, HIPAA, state regulations, and all compliance policies
• Document all interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
• Utilize scripts, job aids, and workflow tools to resolve inquiries efficiently
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain compliance and stay updated on policy changes
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six months of call center experience preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Ability to navigate Windows, use basic keyboard functions, and learn new systems
• Strong negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
