Schedule
Remote (U.S.). Must reside in an approved state. Work from home requires a quiet, distraction-free space and secure internet with speeds over 20 Mbps download and over 10 Mbps upload. Paid training is provided, along with company equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Update patient accounts using information received from hospitals and internal follow-up
- Access client systems to retrieve and enter account details, monitoring requests so they do not age beyond the required timeframe
- Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
- Assist IT with resolving access issues when needed
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- Comfort using multiple software programs at once, including Excel and Word, with the ability to learn hospital databases and internal tools
