Schedule
• Part-time or full-time options
• Fully remote for residents of Wisconsin, Michigan, or Iowa
• Quiet, secure workspace required
• Training provided
What You’ll Do
• Make and receive patient phone calls to gather payments for medical expenses
• Negotiate repayment terms that balance patient needs with client requirements
• Collect demographic and insurance information and document details accurately
• Use internal systems and web-based tools to research and resolve patient questions
• Educate patients on billing, payment options, and the healthcare revenue cycle
• Maintain working knowledge of multiple client expectations and processes
What You Need
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience a plus
• Experience with medical or insurance billing/coding is helpful
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a learning-focused team culture
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and documenting conversations accurately
