Schedule

  • Remote, Eastern Time Zone
  • Full-time, temporary position through Dec 31, 2025
  • Start Date: September 22, 2025
  • 2 weeks of training provided

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound requests and make 120–150 outbound calls daily using an auto-dialer
  • Speak with 70–80 patients each day and schedule an average of 14 appointments
  • Build trust with patients and caregivers to encourage in-home visits
  • Educate patients on the benefits of Sprinter Health’s services
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate concerns when needed

What You Need

  • Fluent in Spanish (speak, read, and write)
  • Residence in Eastern Time Zone
  • 2+ years of outbound call center experience (1+ in healthcare)
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, Five9, Zendesk, and Mac computers
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and patient service skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Preferred

  • Experience with Google Suite and Slack
