Schedule

  • Full-time, Temporary through December 31, 2025
  • Fully Remote
  • Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones

What You’ll Do

  • Make 120–150 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer
  • Connect with 70–80 patients daily and book 14+ appointments
  • Explain our in-home, no-cost healthcare services and build trust with patients
  • Educate patients and caregivers on service benefits and care model
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

What You Need

  • Must reside in MST or PST
  • 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience (1+ in healthcare)
  • Proficiency in EHR systems, Five9, Zendesk, and Mac OS
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong commitment to patient privacy and customer service
