Schedule

- Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones

What You’ll Do
- Make 120–150 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer
- Connect with 70–80 patients daily and book 14+ appointments
- Explain our in-home, no-cost healthcare services and build trust with patients
- Educate patients and caregivers on service benefits and care model
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
What You Need
- Must reside in MST or PST
- 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience (1+ in healthcare)
- Proficiency in EHR systems, Five9, Zendesk, and Mac OS
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong commitment to patient privacy and customer service
