Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (USA)
- Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Saturday coverage: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
- Flexibility for overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective and returning members
- Enroll, retain, and support patients by explaining available services
- Manage inbound calls and assist with inquiries or troubleshooting
- Enter and maintain accurate member data in company systems
- Address patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Collaborate with team members to drive departmental goals
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor’s in health-related field preferred)
- 2+ years of customer-facing or healthcare-related experience
- Experience with EHR/CRM systems a plus
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first approach
- Ability to thrive in a fully virtual environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
