Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (temporary through Dec 31, 2025)
- Start Date: September 22, 2025
- Must reside in Mountain or Pacific Time Zone
- 2 weeks paid training
Responsibilities
- Manage 120–150 outbound calls daily, averaging 70–80 patient conversations and 14 scheduled appointments.
- Introduce Sprinter Health’s no-cost, in-home services and build patient trust through compassionate outreach.
- Educate patients on the importance of preventive care and the convenience of in-home services.
- Collaborate with teammates and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth scheduling and resolution of patient needs.
- Escalate complex issues or concerns to the appropriate teams for support.
Requirements
- Residence in MST or PST time zones
- 2+ years of high-volume outbound call center experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare
- Experience with EHR systems and healthcare software
- Strong verbal/written communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Five9, Zendesk, and Mac OS
- Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality and deliver patient-centered service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience with Slack
