Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- Two options:
- Mon–Fri, 10–7 pm MT (11–8 CT, 12–9 ET, 9–6 PT)
- Tues–Sat, 9–6 pm MT (10–7 CT, 11–8 ET, 8–5 PT)
- Training: Mon–Fri, 8–5 pm MT (9–6 CT, 10–7 ET, 7–4 PT) for two weeks
- Not available to candidates in AK, ME, DC, NJ, CA, NY, MA, CT, CO, WA, OR, or MN
What You’ll Do
- Contact admitted clients via calls, emails, and texts to complete financial enrollments and confirm insurance understanding
- Serve as a primary liaison among clients/families and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach, Clinical)
- Identify barriers to attendance and resolve issues proactively to reduce no-shows and improve retention
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and client calendars; communicate aftercare resources and coordinate post-program appointments
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation across systems and workflows
- Meet KPI targets (e.g., appointments scheduled, financial agreements completed, call volume, resolution rate, time to resolution, aftercare scheduling rate, CSAT)
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s a plus)
- 2+ years in customer/patient success or support (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
- 1–2 years with Salesforce or comparable CRM; contact center technology experience required
- Comfort with financial discussions (health insurance and medical billing knowledge is a strong plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high EQ; fast-paced multitasker with strong organization and detail orientation
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
- U.S. work authorization; native or bilingual English
- Proficiency with Slack, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and EMR platforms
