Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (not available in AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, MA, ME, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA)
- Standard shifts:
- Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm MT (11–8 CT, 12–9 ET, 9–6 PT)
- Tues–Sat, 9am–6pm MT (10–7 CT, 11–8 ET, 8–5 PT)
- Two-week training required: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm MT (9–6 CT, 10–7 ET, 7–4 PT)
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients post-admission and serve as their primary point of contact
- Coordinate scheduling, rescheduling, and treatment attendance follow-up
- Communicate insurance benefits and assist with financial enrollments
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, Clinical, Outreach, etc.)
- Provide aftercare resources and schedule post-treatment appointments
- Document interactions accurately and meet KPIs (appointments scheduled, financial agreements, resolution rate, satisfaction scores)
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in patient/client success, support, or call center roles
- 1–2 years of Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Knowledge of insurance, billing practices, and HIPAA compliance
- Strong multitasking, communication, and emotional intelligence skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and EMR systems
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
