What You’ll Do
- If assigned to Financial Clearance: collect and verify patient demographic and financial data, pre-register accounts, obtain insurance authorizations, verify benefits, and support financial counseling.
- If assigned to Scheduling: handle basic scheduling for outpatient appointments, provide prep information, directions, and manage order changes.
- Deliver positive patient interactions and ensure a seamless pre-visit experience.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support teammates and collaborate across departments as needed.
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Call center, scheduling, or pre-registration experience (preferred)
- College coursework or 2 years in a professional service-driven environment (preferred)
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume center with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems and dual-monitor setups
- Must meet all Conifer vaccination/screening requirements (as permitted by law)

- Pay range: $14.50 – $21.80 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
