Patient Service Representative

16 USD – 18 USD/Hour
What is the role?
Fast paced call center environment, responsible for scheduling patient appointments and taking patient messages for Clinics. Delivering excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette, while providing patients with general information with regards to appointments, messages, or general questions.
Is it remote?
- These candidates will train on site for 4-8 weeks and then convert to WFH long term.
Who is the ideal candidate?
- At least 1 year of customer service experience – call center role preferred
- Experience in a role where a computer was used on a daily basis
- Healthcare experience preferred
- High School Diploma
Experience Level: Entry Level
