Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between Knowtion Health and hospital clients
  • Process accident-related medical claims and identify third-party billing responsibility
  • Review medical records for liability indicators under HIPAA guidelines
  • Handle attorney requests and required documentation
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments and client contacts
  • Complete daily billing tasks and maintain accurate account notes
  • Manage inbox and respond to correspondence promptly

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Healthcare claims or insurance experience preferred
  • Medicare knowledge a plus
  • EPIC experience preferred
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Quiet, dedicated home work area required
