Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between Knowtion Health and hospital clients
- Process accident-related medical claims and identify third-party billing responsibility
- Review medical records for liability indicators under HIPAA guidelines
- Handle attorney requests and required documentation
- Communicate professionally with internal departments and client contacts
- Complete daily billing tasks and maintain accurate account notes
- Manage inbox and respond to correspondence promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Healthcare claims or insurance experience preferred
- Medicare knowledge a plus
- EPIC experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Quiet, dedicated home work area required
