Schedule

  • Inbound & outbound patient support

What You’ll Do

  • Assist patients with billing, insurance, payments, and account questions
  • Provide professional support across multiple communication channels
  • Maintain accuracy in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech or similar)
  • Review patient statements, EOBs, balances, and insurance data
  • Offer payment plan guidance and resolution assistance
  • Research information quickly through system tools and FAQs
  • Support new hires through training and mentorship

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year healthcare call center experience
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare terminology (EOBs, HIPAA, CPT/ICD codes)
  • Strong communication skills and confidentiality mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
