What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist with billing questions, payment plans, insurance details, and account updates
- Use EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech or similar) while navigating patient information confidentially
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in a healthcare call center
- Familiarity with medical billing terminology and patient communication tools
