What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist with billing questions, payment plans, insurance details, and account updates
  • Use EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech or similar) while navigating patient information confidentially

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in a healthcare call center
  • Familiarity with medical billing terminology and patient communication tools
