Schedule
- Remote (U.S.) | Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Shifts between 7 AM and 9 PM CST (8 hours/day)
- Pay: $17/hour
- Start date: November 3, 2025
- Includes 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 30-minute unpaid lunch
What You’ll Do
- Make and receive calls to assist patients with medical equipment resupply
- Place orders, handle inquiries, and complete tasks within deadlines
- Meet quality and productivity metrics (20–25 calls per hour)
- Work across multiple systems while providing clear, empathetic support
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant workspace and stable hard-wired internet connection
- Collaborate with internal teams and follow established procedures
- Engage in consistent phone-based communication throughout your shift
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 1+ year customer service experience
- 1+ year sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Hard-wired internet: 30 download / 20 upload minimum
- Call center experience and bilingual Spanish a plus
- Associate degree preferred
