Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the US.
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Shifts between 7am–9pm CST (8-hour shift, includes two paid breaks and one unpaid lunch).
- Start date: September 8, 2025.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound/outbound patient calls and follow-ups for medical supply resupply.
- Handle emails and chat support with accuracy and professionalism.
- Place orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Meet quality assurance and performance goals.
- Multitask across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment.
What You Need
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree or college coursework preferred.
- 1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of sales experience.
- Call center background preferred.
- Strong phone and written communication skills.
- Ability to make 20–25 calls per hour.
- Must have a HIPAA-compliant remote workspace and hard-wired ethernet (20 upload/30 download).
- Self-starter with troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
