Schedule
- Full-time
- Normal business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
- Must complete 90 days of paid onsite training in Everett, WA
- Remote work available after training with occasional onsite days (approx. once per month)
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support via phone, resolving inquiries and issues with accuracy and empathy
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate complex patient or provider questions
- Use knowledge bases, CRM tools, and product resources to identify solutions
- Document interactions and resolutions clearly and consistently
- Make outbound calls when needed to resolve outstanding issues
- Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible
- Partner with internal and external resources to address patient needs
What You Need
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in an office setting
- Experience as a patient support or customer service representative (preferred)
- Proficiency with Windows programs and Microsoft Office tools
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to complete 90 days of onsite training in Everett, WA, then transition to remote with monthly onsite requirements
Telecommuting Requirements
- Live within commutable distance to 7600 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA
- Secure, private workspace separate from shared living areas
- High-speed internet (company-approved or existing service)
- Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $16.00 – $27.69 (based on experience and local labor market)
