Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Normal business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
  • Must complete 90 days of paid onsite training in Everett, WA
  • Remote work available after training with occasional onsite days (approx. once per month)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customer support via phone, resolving inquiries and issues with accuracy and empathy
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate complex patient or provider questions
  • Use knowledge bases, CRM tools, and product resources to identify solutions
  • Document interactions and resolutions clearly and consistently
  • Make outbound calls when needed to resolve outstanding issues
  • Ensure first-call resolution whenever possible
  • Partner with internal and external resources to address patient needs

What You Need

  • High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Experience as a patient support or customer service representative (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Windows programs and Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to complete 90 days of onsite training in Everett, WA, then transition to remote with monthly onsite requirements

Telecommuting Requirements

  • Live within commutable distance to 7600 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA
  • Secure, private workspace separate from shared living areas
  • High-speed internet (company-approved or existing service)
  • Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $16.00 – $27.69 (based on experience and local labor market)
