Schedule
- Contract, Remote (U.S. based)
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Shifts available: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST, or 11:00 am – 8:00 pm EST
- Opportunity for conversion to full-time IQVIA employee
What You’ll Do
- Receive and review medical claims from healthcare providers or patients
- Ensure proper supporting documentation is included and interpret EOB/CMS1500 forms
- Vet claims against program-specific rules to determine approval or rejection
- Provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers
- Support customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or other channels
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements
- Meet deadlines for monthly close responsibilities and maintain accurate records
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Medical Billing Certification required
- Coding Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of claim processing experience
- Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- HIPAA certification
- Customer service experience preferred
- Pharmacy Technician background preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Compensation
- $23.00 per hour
- Contract role with opportunity for full-time conversion
- Additional incentive or bonus opportunities may be available
