Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
  • Training: 8:00am–4:30pm PT
  • Production: 8:00am–5:00pm PT
  • 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule or confirm patient appointments
  • Verify insurance eligibility and process referrals and prescription renewals
  • Maintain confidentiality while updating patient records and handling sensitive information

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service in a call center environment
  • Proven reliability with at least one year of tenure per previous role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems in a fast-paced setting
  • Secure home workspace with high-speed internet

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling high call volumes
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, especially EPIC
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Dual-monitor setup for efficiency
