Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Training: 8:00am–4:30pm PT
- Production: 8:00am–5:00pm PT
- 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule or confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and process referrals and prescription renewals
- Maintain confidentiality while updating patient records and handling sensitive information
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service in a call center environment
- Proven reliability with at least one year of tenure per previous role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems in a fast-paced setting
- Secure home workspace with high-speed internet
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling high call volumes
- Familiarity with EMR systems, especially EPIC
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Dual-monitor setup for efficiency
