Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to confirm, schedule, or update patient appointments
- Process referral requests and prescription renewals
- Communicate effectively with patients and clinical teams via phone, email, and secure messaging
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality when handling health records
- Update patient charts, insurance information, and upload documents into EMR systems
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call center customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Consistent work history (1 year minimum per role)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, secure home workspace
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain pace during high call volumes
Preferred
- Experience with high-volume scheduling and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Familiarity with EPIC and medical terminology
- Dual external monitor setup
Benefits
- Base pay:
- $16/hour (training and nesting)
- $16.50/hour (production)
- Bonus opportunity: Earn up to $18/hour during training/nesting by meeting performance and attendance metrics
