About the role:
As a Patient Support Representative (PSR) for Accompany Health you will be:
-An advocate for our patients who are often overlooked in our healthcare system.
-The telephonic “front door” for an organization that seeks to build the next generation of patient experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and addressing patient questions in a timely manner, in addition to routing calls to appropriate departments when handling patient care
- Making outbound calls as needed and during call campaigns with objectives such as appointment scheduling
- Maintain patient confidentiality and abide by HIPAA standards
- Other duties as assigned.
- This role reports to the Operations Manager.
