Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based only; not available to Washington state residents)
- Standard working hours with flexibility in a supportive work-life balance environment
Compensation
- $63,000 – $70,400 annual base salary (no bonus; equity included)
- Pay based on experience, proficiency, and internal equity
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality support for patients in sensitive situations.
- Serve as the main liaison between patients and the clinical team to ensure timely and thoughtful resolutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues via phone and email with strong judgment and empathy.
- Handle escalations and document workflows and processes accurately.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance the patient experience and expand access to care.
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in patient advocacy or high-volume customer support (healthcare, mental health, or similarly sensitive settings preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience handling sensitive client interactions and escalations with care.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in documenting and updating workflows and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience at a high-growth startup, ideally in healthcare or patient advocacy.
- Experience handling complaints and grievances in a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, AdvancedMD / EHR, or similar tools.
- Prior work with cross-functional teams or directly with patients in mental healthcare.
