Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based only; Washington residents not eligible)
- Standard working hours with flexibility to support patient needs
Compensation
- $63,000 – $70,400 base salary (no bonus; equity included)
- Offers equity opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality support for patients, resolving sensitive and complex inquiries.
- Act as a liaison between patients and clinical teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Handle escalations with judgment, empathy, and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve patient concerns via phone and email.
- Update, document, and improve workflows and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall patient experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years in patient advocacy or high-volume customer support (healthcare or mental health preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Experience managing escalations and sensitive interactions.
- Organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to document workflows and processes.
- Tech-savviness with Google Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, AdvancedMD/EHR, or similar tools preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years in a high-growth startup, ideally healthcare or mental health.
- Experience handling complaints and grievances in healthcare.
- Prior direct patient-facing or mental healthcare experience.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Marketing or customer engagement experience a plus.
