What You’ll Do
Provider Directory and Data Management
- Maintain accurate provider and medical group data across payor directories and internal systems
- Collect, validate, and update demographic, credentialing, and practice information
- Monitor directory listings for accuracy and regulatory or contract compliance
- Support data clean-up and remediation as needed
Contract Data and Research Support
- Research payor lines of business, fee schedules, and contract requirements
- Review contract amendments and updates for data and operational impact
- Support contract organization and documentation for audits or internal reviews
- Track contract-related data to support reporting and compliance
Delegated Credentialing and Reporting Support
- Assist with monthly delegated credentialing audits and required reporting
- Support data validation to meet delegated credentialing standards
- Maintain documentation for payor reviews and compliance checks
- Support research and applications for delegated credentialing opportunities
Issue Resolution and Operational Support
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies impacting directories, enrollment, or claims
- Track recurring issues to support continuous improvement
- Support internal requests for contract info and status
- Communicate contract statuses to internal teams in an organized way
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with contracting, credentialing, enrollment, billing, and operations to ensure data consistency
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups for the Contracting Manager
What You Need
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2 to 4 years of related experience in provider data management, credentialing, enrollment, or healthcare operations
- 2 to 4 years in provider data or credentialing
- Experience managing the provider data lifecycle, including verification and maintenance
- Exposure to claims, billing, or contracting workflows and how provider data impacts them
- Familiarity with CMS, NCQA, and HIPAA
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in databases and Google Docs or Sheets
- Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume, time-sensitive work
- Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills
