THE ROLE 🤩
Reporting directly into our COO you’ll support with day-to-day operations to enable seamless operations as we scale our team.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborating with the team to enhance workflows that support key employee milestones like onboarding, promotions, offboarding, and more
Championing company culture, internal comms, and operational tools
Building scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper growth including automating recruitment processes, building out our metric and reporting pipelines, and supporting with communication strategy
Optimizing our people systems to keep them up-to-date and easy to use
Lending a hand to manage accounting processes including financial statement reporting, invoice management, and payroll
Contributing to making Treecard a continuously more inclusive place to work by applying a lens of inclusion and equity to all the employee programs and initiatives
Requirements:
You are an operator and an executor, willing to roll up your sleeves, and jump into any situation to drive improvement and resolution
You enjoy the entrepreneurial pace but thrive in an environment where you can impact the structure and establish operational excellence to support business scalability
You are well-spoken and articulate, with a dash of charm. Your written communication inspires and gets people excited
