• High-volume phone environment (warm outbound dialing)

What You’ll Do
• Drive event sales for major programs like Unleash the Power Within (UPW) and Date With Destiny (DWD)
• Learn the product lineup and guide clients into the best-fit program for their goals
• Make 50–80+ warm outbound dials daily to interested leads and referrals
• Run high-quality discovery calls to identify needs, objections, and readiness to enroll
• Maintain strong follow-up to build and convert a warm book of business
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience throughout the sales journey
• Track performance through conversion metrics and KPIs, continuously improving your close rate

What You Need
• 4+ years of high-ticket inside sales experience in a high-conversion environment
• Proven ability to thrive in high-volume outbound calling (posting notes mention 100+ calls/day experience)
• Strong CRM proficiency, especially Salesforce
• Confident, emotionally intelligent communication across different personalities and backgrounds
• Resilience with rejection and the grit to stay consistent day after day
• Genuine interest in personal development and serving clients through transformational change
• Team-oriented mindset with healthy competitive drive
