Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Remote (work from anywhere in the U.S.)
  • Shifts available Sunday–Saturday, 10:30 am – 10:00 pm CST
  • Must be flexible to work any 8-hour schedule during business hours
  • 5 weeks of paid training (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, cameras required)

What You’ll Do

  • Take 50–70 inbound calls daily from customers about prescriptions and benefits
  • Answer eligibility, claims, and order status questions
  • Schedule deliveries for prescriptions when needed
  • Guide callers on plan usage, formulary, premiums, and benefits
  • Research and resolve complex issues across multiple systems
  • Document all interactions clearly in company systems
  • Make outbound calls when needed to resolve issues with pharmacies, providers, or customers

What You Need

  • High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent work experience)
  • 18 years or older
  • Customer service experience in a call center setting
  • Strong computer navigation skills with ability to use multiple screens
  • Flexibility to work shifts within 10:30 am – 10:00 pm CST, including some weekends and occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years in a customer service, office, or pharmacy-related environment
  • Pharmacy background or familiarity with prescription processing
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment

Telecommuting Requirements

  • Secure home workspace separate from shared areas
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Must live in a location with UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet service

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $16.00 – $27.69 (based on experience and location)
