The team works collaboratively, ensuring thorough problem resolution and maintaining a balanced workload distribution. Regular meetings, coaching sessions, and open communication with Regional Managers contribute to a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere, aiming to provide outstanding client experiences while continuously improving individual and collective performance.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to take ownership of the local photography market as the lead photographer. This includes but is not limited to:

Get to know and lead the photographers in your local market.

Perform media capture services: photography, 3D tours, drone, twilight & more. Operating as a hybrid of field operations and work from home leadership tasks.

Provide customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution for your team and clients.

Work closely with your Regional Manager on aligning market goals with business objectives.

Learn and become proficient in backend systems.

Understand client and enterprise relationships at a high level.

Reschedule or jump in to cover last minute appointments.

Be the client facing resource for issue resolution, escalating to the Regional Manager (RM) as needed.

Run a successful In Person Shadowing program to train and coach photographers.

Meet with your team via Zoom on a monthly basis.

Plan and conduct Team Dinners for team building purposes.

Test new technologies and systems, educate photographers on new technologies and systems.

This role has been categorized as a Field position. Field employees perform the majority of their work in the field, not at any specific corporate or other office location. Employees must live within reasonable commuting distance of their designated ZG office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $17.10 – $27.30 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
