If you’ve got mortgage ops experience and you’re the type who keeps a pipeline tight, clean, and on-time, this role is basically “make sure the loan gets out the door, bought, and buttoned up” without missing a beat. You’ll handle investor delivery, QC audit file delivery, MERS, and some specialized detitling work.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver closed loan files to secondary investors based on required stacks and bundle standards
  • Manage delivery pipeline and follow-ups, including MERS pipeline work
  • Complete MERS initial registrations and transfers (warehouse, investor, servicer compliance)
  • Handle manufactured home detitling for Construction and Exception loans
  • Image and upload missing documents into the system of record for loan stack completion
  • Review agency and investor requirements, confirm overlays, and validate file compliance
  • Track post-insuring issues, flag patterns, and escalate improvement opportunities to leadership

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year mortgage experience
  • Strong knowledge of closing documentation
  • 6+ months loan delivery experience preferred
  • Familiarity with loan sale requirements (Conventional/HAMP, VA, FHA, USDA)
  • MERS experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, organization, and accuracy
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines with a high sense of urgency
  • Clear written and verbal communication, and able to work independently

Pay

  • Expected base salary range: $33,000–$52,000 (depends on experience, training, skillset, etc.)
